Sometimes people retreat. Sometimes they carry burdens that cannot be seen. Sometimes they hide, endure, protect themselves or simply make it through another day. Through gesture, posture and concealment, these works explore the interior landscapes of human experience. Rather than revealing identities or stories, they offer glimpses of states of being that are often felt deeply and spoken of rarely.

Sometimes People... is a series of figurative works exploring the hidden dimensions of human experience.

Created across different mediums and approaches, the collection is concerned less with likeness than with emotional presence. The figures turn away, fold inward, obscure themselves or inhabit spaces of tension, solitude and endurance. Their stories remain unknown. Their experiences are left unresolved.

Rather than asking viewers to interpret or diagnose, these works invite witness. They acknowledge the complexity of being human and the realities that often remain unseen beneath the surface of everyday life.
